How long does delivery take?
Rise and Game servers are usually online within 24 hours of order confirmation. Advance configurations with custom RAM or storage options can take up to 72 hours. You'll receive IPMI and SSH credentials by email.
Can I customize RAM and storage?
Yes — Advance-line servers scale to 256 GB (1 TB on ADVANCE-5) of DDR5 ECC and up to 2× 15.36 TB NVMe, and ADVANCE-STOR reaches 8× 24 TB SAS. Note your desired configuration in the order form's notes field and we'll quote the delta before provisioning.
Do you offer managed support?
The Managed add-on ($49/mo) covers OS patching, monitoring with alerting, and monthly security reviews. Unmanaged servers still include hardware support and network SLA at no charge.
What is the hardware replacement SLA?
Failed components (drives, PSUs, RAM) are replaced within 1 hour of diagnosis, 24/7. Full chassis swaps complete within 4 hours with your drives migrated.
Which locations stock which models?
All ten configurations are stocked in Dallas. Seattle carries the Rise and Advance lines; Los Angeles carries Rise, ADVANCE-1/2 and the Game line. If your combination is out of stock we'll propose the nearest equivalent before charging anything.
