How fast is my VPS online after ordering?

Orders are confirmed by our team by email, and VPS instances are typically provisioned within 15 minutes of confirmation during business hours, and always within 2 hours. Your login credentials arrive by email.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Upgrades between adjacent plans are done in place with a reboot — your data and IP address are preserved. Just email contact@hosteros.com with your service ID and target plan.

Is traffic really unlimited?

Yes — there are no traffic caps or overage fees. Your plan's port speed (500 Mbps to 10 Gbps) is the only limit. Fair-use applies to sustained line-rate abuse such as public relays.

Which location should I pick?

Dallas offers the best average latency across the continental US. Choose Seattle for the Pacific Northwest and Asia-Pacific routes, Los Angeles for Southern California and LATAM users.

How do backups work?

Every plan includes a free daily backup retained for 3 days. The Premium backup add-on ($1.40/mo) extends retention to 7 restore points, and on-demand snapshots are $0.40/mo.
